Hey all,

So, here we are. At the very end of the first year of university. And you know what? It's just as amazing as they say it is. I have met some of the most amazing people who I promise to love and stalk for the rest of my life! Of course, it helps when I'm going to live with three of them next year. That's right people! Chelle is moving out of home next year and into a WORLD OF CRAZY [translation: a flat with other design students]!! We have the place all sorted out and it's really perfect for us. I, of course, will be putting my OCD to good use keeping the place clean, though I've had to promise not to 'organise' other people's bedrooms. Ha, we'll see how long that lasts.

I have my last exam in one week, then it's off home again. It's been SO long that it's going to be such a strange feeling, I'm sure. It's only for two months though, then it's back down to Hamilton for summer school. I've decided to pick up just one paper to make my life easier later on in the year.

Finally, I'm just about to start a new ink painting. It's high time I get back into using paintbrushes and give my poor laptop a break. It's been taking a beating lately. I've also got half an acrylic painting sitting at home that I'm very keen to finish this summer...

...it's sad when you realise you're so addicted to doing work that you give YOURSELF projects to do.
